2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 , 323 , 307, 302, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant namely Savita devi alleged that on 26.10.2023 , she received an information that on 21.10.2023 co-accused Dheeraj Kumar along with 3 to 4 unknown persons assaulted son of informant who subsequently died during treatment.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the restatement of informant which was recorded after lapse of more than 18 months. It is further

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM- II , Court Patna City Patna in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 646 of 2023 .
