2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023, lodged under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, in a land dispute, two persons have been killed by the accused side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one person has died from their side. He submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submits that the petitioners are in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67271 of 2023(3) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 custody since 16.05.2023 having three criminal antecedents. He further submits that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are three criminal antecedents of the petitioners.

6. Considering the fact that two persons have been killed by the petitioners and others, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.
