JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 07.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 2218 of 2019, whereby, the Circle Officer, Pandaul, District - Madhubani was directed to make an endeavor to dispose of the petitioner's application for mutation, in the light of the provisions under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.
2. Opposite party Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have filed a show cause.
3. Opposite party No. 4 is the Circle Officer, Pandaul, District - Madhubani.
4. In paragraph No. 13 of the show cause filed by the Opposite party Nos. 2, 3 and 4, it has been stated that the
Patna High Court MJC No.3844 of 2019(5) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 application submitted by the petitioner for mutation was disposed of vide Case No. 1242/2018-19.
5. On perusal of show cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 2, 3 and 4, I find that the order dated 07.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 2218 of 2019, has been duly complied with by the respondents.
6. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
