The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1221 of 2019 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(A), 30(D) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners rather the alleged recovery has been made from the abandoned place and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 1221 of 2019 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019.
