ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 07.04.2011 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Case No. 681(M)/2007/Tr. No. 82/2008 by which he has declared the possession of the second party over the land in question.

Since this is a case of the year 2007 and such provisions are for emergent purposes only, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Application is disposed off with liberty to the parties to avail their remedies in accordance with law.
