JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 357 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and the case is of murder of husband of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that later on his name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused and considering the same other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 22.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 7817 of 2017 and he is in custody since 11.7.2019. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that some witnesses had seen the petitioner while fleeing away from the place of occurrence.

No.66742 of 2019(4) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 357 of 2014.
