NILU AGRAWAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of Patna Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation).

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that now the difference of arrears of pension after revision from 01.04.1997 to 31.10.2004 and from 01.04.2010 to 31.03.2013 has been calculated and the amount of Rs. 1,11,637=00 has been sent to the Manager, HDFC Bank, Chowk, Patna City, Patna vide letter No. 569 dated 26.04.2019 for its remittance and letter No. 559 dated 24.04.2019 has also been produced, which is the order of such sanction.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the calculation chart of provident fund has not been supplied to the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions and the aforesaid letters of the Corporation, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer, Patna City Circle, Respondent No. 3 to provide calculation chart to the petitioner with regard to provident fund within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Order for revision of pension would also be provided to the petitioner within the said period.
