The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st, Madhubani lodged on 02.08.2022 by the informant Bipin Anasu.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he procured PDS license on the basis of graduate certificate which was found to be forged. Accordingly, the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the PDS license is being granted on the basis of matriculation certificate which he had submitted and there was no occasion for him to submit graduation certificate. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the PDS license has already been cancelled, the petitioner do not have criminal antecedent, F.I.R. lodged and ultimately he will have to face the trial, this Court is inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/KiranU T
