====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 Heard Mr. Alok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Raj Kishore Roy, learned GP-18, appearing for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 29.01.2020, the representation of the petitioner has been disposed but entire payment pursuant to grant of ACP has not been paid and only a sum of Rs.2,35,000/- has been paid out of the total claim to the tune of Rs.5,15,144/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that petitioner may be given liberty to file a fresh writ application

Patna High Court MJC No.3845 of 2019(6) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 claiming remaining amount which has not been paid by respondent No.5, District Animal Husbandary Officer. Since order has been complied and the representation of the petitioner has been disposed pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the present contempt application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if the grievance of the petitioner still subsists.
