Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 129 of 2016, T. R. No. 1718 of 2018, in which cognizance has been taken under sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the matter has been settled between the parties.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71176 of 2018(5) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 Flag -Y. Perusal whereof shows that the dispute between the parties have been resolved through the process of mediation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of his personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 129 of 2016, T.R. No. 1718 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
