2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 530 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per allegation, 414.72 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a vehicle in which the petitioner was travelling. The petitioner was arrested at the spot.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He is neither the owner nor the driver of the alleged vehicle and he is under

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 530 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner within a period of one month and if it is found that he is involved in any other case of similar nature except the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
