The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 dated 01.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The prosecution of the petitioner in the instant case is only on the basis of disclosure made by some of the arrested accused persons. There is no recovery from the petitioner and he does not bear any criminal antecedent.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71519 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
