Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P. S. case no. 11/2013 registered under section 307, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner was inserted in the written report of the informant later on and, as a matter of fact, petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is further contended by him that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that the informant and his associates while making survey for taking away the electric wire across the field of a school, annoyance was caused to the villagers and, thereafter, the present occurrence took place, this
