The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was postd at Bounsi as Subject Matter Specialist and his only job was to judge the variety and quality of the paddy. Petitioner had no concern with purchase centre or supervision. Petitioner was removed from the aforesaid job with effect from 16.05.2013 and as such he cannot be faulted for what happened after 16.05.2013.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31651 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
