2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.480 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft in the house of the informant. He is in custody since 07.01.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69769 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 learned A.C.J.M.- IV, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.480 of 2023.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Civil Lines Police Station, District- Gaya on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
