2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact, there was love affair between the petitioner and the so-called victim. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP refers to paragraph 40 of the case diary containing the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has made accusation against the petitioner of having taken her away on the motor-cycle.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

6. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit
