Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have never demanded any dowry nor tortured the victim. As a matter of fact, petitioners are separate in mess and business from the husband of the victim and they have no concerned with the affairs of the husband and wife. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 15th Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019/G.R. No.1383/2019.
