2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 366 of 2024 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 14.06.2024 by the informant, Noor Mohammad.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition and submits that he shall be surrendering and seeking bail before the Court concerned.

5. The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66384 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 allowing the petitioner to surrender within a period of four weeks from today and if the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same be taken up and disposed of expeditiously preferably on the same day.
