JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 This application has come at the instant of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that to the satisfaction portion no amount has been mentioned. However, on perusal of order dated 25.01.2019, it appears that petitioner was directed to surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order and on surrender, he shall be released on provisional bail for a period of three months by the court below to its own satisfaction .

In such view of the matter, there is no need to disclose the amount as the provisional bail bond shall be to the satisfaction of the court below itself.

Accordingly, no order needs be passed.
