2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 432 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned APP Ravindra Kumar submits that the offences for which the instant F.I.R. has been instituted carries punishment of less than seven years, the said submission of the learned APP is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2. In view of the

The petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation before the concerned superintendent of police and the investigating officer of the case with a web copy of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024, within three weeks from today and the concerned superintendent of police shall ensure that the investigating officer of the case strictly adhere to the direction contained in the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. State of Bihar).
