2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 24/2014.
4. At the very outset, learned APP submits that the FIR has been instituted as far back as in the year 2014, but the petitioners have approached this Court in the year 2018 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioners.
5. Considering that the petitioners have not shown any immediate apprehension of arrest and the anticipatory bail petition has been filed four years after institution of the FIR, this
