2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondents to correct the Digital Map/Gazette of Mauza-

Patna High Court CWJC No.15353 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/3 Dholipura, Thana No.522, Circle-Barauni by mentioning Plot No.79 adjacent from N.H. 31 as has been mentioned in earlier acquisition for construction of N.H. 31 in the year 1961-62 at the place of Plot No.78 of the said Mauza belonging to the petitioner located in Barauni circle within the district of Begusarai which has been acquired for construction of four lane/widening of N.H. 31 (Simariya- Khagariya Section) at Mosad pur Dholipur Mauza by the Collector, Begusarai and accordingly, pay the proper and difference of compensation against the said plot No. 79 of the said Mauza, considering the nature of land commercial as has been evident from the documentary evidence as contained in AnnexureP/2 of this writ petition and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Mr. Pranav Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the representation pending before the respondent no. 4, the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna

4. Learned State counsel submits that the matter will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of directing the concerned respondent, the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna to take up the matter if still not disposed of and after hearing the parties, do the needful and dispose it of preferably by 31st of March, 2026.
