2. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2023 in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 141/2023. registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379//34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegations of assault against this petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 141/2023.
