Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide orders dated 11.09.2019 and 13.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 56853 of 2019 and 65993 of 2019 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70499 of 2019(3) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017.
