The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) That the petitioner prefers this application with a prayer for seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent authorities to demarcate "Aam Rasta" bearing Khata number 86, Khesra Nos. 130, 194, 190 and 203 Mauza- (1405) Ammapokhar, Anchal Bikramganj, Revenue Thana 325 Raiyat as "Anavad Sarv Sadharan "which is recorded as such in the record of rights as "Aam Rasta" of the village and remove encroachment after initiating encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
