In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of Letter No. 1262 dated 17.04.2013, issued by the District Education Officer, respondent no. 4, whereby and whereunder the representation dated 06.09.2012 filed by the petitioner in pursuance to the order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14108 of 2012 dated 27.08.2012, has been rejected
Patna High Court CWJC No.24922 of 2013 (2) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 on the ground of the certificate of 'Vidya Vinodanee' issued by the Prayag Mahila Vidyapeeth, Allahabad, as being not equivalent to the Matriculation.
The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna, respondent no. 2, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order for redressal of his grievance and bringing on record the relevant facts.
The Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna, shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of the representation, filed by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid directions and observation, the present writ application stands disposed of.
