====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2025 Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.3.2024.

2. Trial court report dated 9.1.2025 reveals that the case is running at the stage of prosecution evidence, since out of four prosecution witnesses, evidence of one of them has been recorded.

3. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. Since petitioner is in custody since 10.9.2023, let the trial be concluded at the earliest.
