Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suryagardha P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. For the alleged recovery of only seven cartridges, petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 11.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
