4. Learned counsel for the applicants, however, submits that he is now ready to file the requisites for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 13 to 16.
5. Having taken note of the fact that C.W.J.C. No. 10284 of 2024 was dismissed by order dated 07.08.2024 not for the fault of the applicants but for refusal by the learned counsel representing the petitioners to file the requisites for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 13 to 16 and now that the learned counsel for the applicants is ready and willing to file the requisites, this restoration application is hereby allowed.
6. Accordingly, the order dated 07.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10284 of 2024 is hereby recalled and C.W.J.C. No. 10284 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
