2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners along with their associates entered the house of the informant and assaulted him and his wife.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. Injuries suffered by the victim are simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these
