The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S.Case no.4/18 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners that they were operating a gang of online shopping and they used to collect money from the persons and flee away, petitioners have criminal antecedent as they are accused in two other cases of similar nature. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners and they have been falsely implicated int his case, however, the impugned order shows that the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77722 of 2018(3) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 bail of other accused persons has already been rejected by this Court.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
