For directing the respondent no. 4 to hear the stamp appeal no. 156 of 2022 on merit for the ends of justice in view of the Hon'ble Court order passed in CWJC No. 523 of 2019 vide order dated 11.07.2022 as also give liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh stamp appeal before the concerned respondent."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
