2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2023 in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 66/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the allegation against the petitioner and his father of having assaulted the deceased, but the father of the petitioner faced trial in which the informant has turned hostile and said that the deceased has fallen down and sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 66/2022.
