The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raxual P.S. Case NO. 35 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 366(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the victim girl, who is minor, has stated that the petitioner had lured her into eloping, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
