2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he will approach the Registrar Cooperative Society, as well as, the State respondent concerned for the grievance which has been raised in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.14609 of 2023(3) dt.05-02-2024 2/2 petition, so that correct names of persons may be reflected in the portal of the Registrar Cooperative Society at appropriate time before the election is announced.

3. The writ petition is pre-matured, however, petitioners may take such steps at appropriate time.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
