JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-01-2016 There has to be an end to the litigation as well as in matters of giving opportunity to candidates for re-measuring their height who had otherwise failed to meet the minimum standards of 155 cms.
If it was a case of one measurement in which the petitioner had failed to achieve the height laid down for her category, then may be the Court would have considered passing some kind of an order for a second opinion but as it is evident from the stand of the respondents in the counter affidavit that the petitioner has not only been measured but re-measured and every time her height is less than the minimum requirements of 155 cms.
Merely because the petitioner wants to make wild
Patna High Court CWJC No.2849 of 2014 dt.06-01-2016 2 / 2 allegations against one and all and raises question mark on every remeasurement which has been done that cannot form the basis for this Court to give yet another direction for yet another measurement at a forum suitable to the candidate.
Enough opportunity has been given to the petitioner to satisfy the authorities that she has the minimum requisite height of 155 cms.
Writ application is dismissed.
