Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault with knife on the head of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries. It is further submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and similarly situated co-accused, namely, Nasim Laheri, has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3500 of 2023.

No.153 of 2023(3) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P. S. Case No. 166 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
