JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ander (M.H.Nagar) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR informant heard sound of cry and he went there and found his younger daughter lying at the cot on injured condition on her neck and he was accused persons fleeing away from there. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on mobile phone of the deceased was recovered and petitioner was arrested, who confessed his guilt and there is CDR details also connecting the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on suspicion he has been arrested and forcefully police has

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, if trial is not concluded or no substantial progress is made in trial within a period of six months, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
