The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 6765 of 2019 arising out of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) (g) 37 (b) (d) and 38 of Bihar Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 18 ltrs of liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
