2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 309(4) of the BNS, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot in the shop of the informant after firing and assaulting the informant. In total 6.4 kg of silver and Rs. 3.8 lakhs were looted.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2025.

5. The petitioner has also given his self inculpatory statement and some of his belongings were also been recovered.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
