2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2023 in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 86/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/363(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegations against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed rape upon the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name surfaced during the course of investigation. He further submits that no specific role has been assigned to this petitioner. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He further submits that girl is aged about 17 years.
