The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.857 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the order dated 09.09.2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.33702 of 2022, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees

The petitioner will visit Ahiyapur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result into cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
