In view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh &Anr.Vs. The State Of Bihar, Reported In (2017)5 Scc 387, the respondents are required to consider the case of the petitioner and take appropriate decision within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The aforesaid decision of the Apex Court is binding on all concerned and the respondents have to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Panchayat Shikshak, referring to the cut off date 1.7.2006 as held out in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1066 of 2018(3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 case of Mukesh(Supra).
The said decision must be taken by the respondents in this regard within the time frame as indicted above. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
