The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 214 of 2022 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act and Fertilizer (Control) order Section 7. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the truck in question of which the petitioner is the driver was hired by co-accused Jai Kishore Rai. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66634 of 2022(2) dt.20-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 214 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
