2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023, lodged on 11.07.2023 under Sections 302, 201 & 120(B), 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against the present petitioner in which allegation against the petitioner is that she has killed her daughter in lust of sexual satisfaction with the stranger.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and she is in custody since 13.07.2023. Counsel further submits that

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire FIR is false and Annexure-2 is the real story in which the present petitioner has filed a criminal case against accused persons in which she has narrated her entire story that she is basically a victim of this event.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner

7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria is hereby rejected.

9. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within nine months.
