Mr. Satish Chandra Jha, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by a decision of this Court dated 11.5.2017 in CWJC No. 417 of 2015. He submits that this case may also be disposed of in the similar terms.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 6 to consider the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1915 of 2018(2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 petitioner in the light of the decision dated 11.5.2017 in CWJC No. 417 of 2015. If the case of the petitioner is found similar on fact to the petitioners of CWJC No. 417 of 2015, the benefit arising out of such decision must reach the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
