JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order issued by the respondent no. 3 contained in memo no. 12629 dated 18.11.2013 whereby and whereunder the petitioner who is registered Class II contractor has been blacklisted in the light of Clause VI of Rule 11(k) of Bihar Contractor Registration Rules, 2007 on the ground of irregularity committed by the petitioner in construction of PCC road under PMGY Scheme; and for connected reliefs.

2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner the matter was passed over for a few cases. However, on

Patna High Court CWJC No.24824 of 2013 dt.05-12-2018 2/2 repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents invites reference to Annexure-A to the counter affidavit, according to which balcklisting order has been cancelled and the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

4. Having regard to the stand of the respondents, which has not been disputed by the petitioner and no rejoinder to the counter affidavit has been filed, the writ petition stands dismissed.
