ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has given a representation to the Respondent No. 2 ventilating his grievance and a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 2 to consider the same by fixing a time frame .

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that they have no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure-P3) in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. An opportunity of hearing shall be given to the petitioner before any orders are passed. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the amounts dues shall be paid. In case the Respondent no. 2 comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner needs to be rejected, he shall pass a reasoned order giving the reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
