Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S.Case No.65 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint case, FIR has been registered, petitioners are said to have taken the son of the informant to Sonipat and it is alleged that he was killed there . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62022 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 that for that occurrence an FIR has been lodged at Sonipat , in which allegation is at Md. Seraz. So far this petitioner is concerned, there is absolutely nothing against this petitioner in the FIR except that they have taken him .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Shri R.M. Tiwari, J.M. Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S.case No.65 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
