The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. According to the F.I.R., the petitioner and co-accused committed murder of the son of the informant by causing fire arm injury. The doctor has found single fire arm injury and during investigation, a witness has stated that on order of this petitioner, co-accused Honey Kumar had fired and caused death. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 21.6.2017 and investigation is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
